This is further to the SEBI circular no. CIR/IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/64 dated April 10, 2018 and Exchange notice no. 20180412-3 dated April 12, 2018 on Know Your Client Requirements for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).
In relation to the same, SEBI has issued a circular no.CIR/IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/132 dated September 21, 2018. The copy of same is attached herewith as Annexure.
The Stock brokers are advised to take note and ensure compliance with the same.
