Empanelment of Market Security Operation Centre (SOC) for Regulated Entities 

Technology has become an integral part of the capital market system and with its intense use at market infrastructure institution (MII) level, market participants’ level safety and security of the market assumes greater importance.

To strengthen the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF), enhanced resilience measures have been mandated for market participants. To support medium and small regulated entities (REs) to manage these risks in a cost effective and efficient manner, SEBI has advised BSE and NSE to facilitate the setting up of Market SOC (M-SOC). 

BSE, as party of as part of facilitation, to REs, has empaneled M/S. Blue sapphire Cyber systems Pvt. Limited as Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) for providing M- SOC Services. This service has begun in pilot mode and will continue in that mode till March 31, 2025. Thereafter the services would be available in live mode.
