Declaration of Defaulter as well as Expulsion of Trading Member Ficus Securities Private Limited
The Exchange has declared Ficus Securities Private Limited (Clg No. 6274), a corporate Trading Member of the Exchange as defaulter, in terms of the provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated March 17, 2010 and also expelled the said Trading Member w.e.f. March 6, 2018 in compliance with the requirement of Circular No. F.No.1/26/SE/91 dated 12th August, 1991 issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India, pursuant to declaration of Ficus Securities Private Limited as defaulter as well as its expulsion by NSE.
