Proceeding filed by BSE against Sezal Glass Limited/Sejal Glass Limited under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Mumbai: October 10, 2018: BSE had disseminated media release dated December 12, 2017 regarding filing of proceedings by BSE against seven listed companies, that defaulted in payment of annual listing fees (“ALF”) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.

On account of full payment of outstanding annual listing fees by Sezal Glass Limited/Sejal Glass Limited to BSE, BSE has withdrawn the proceeding filed by BSE against Sezal Glass Limited/Sejal Glass Limited for default in payment of ALF under the Code before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
